Warranty & Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Quality

At Attomax Inc, we are committed to providing the highest quality golf equipment. We are an authorized dealer for all brands we sell, and all products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty.

Please read our warranty guidelines regarding ATOM shafts carefully before submitting a claim.

1. Manufacturer's Warranty (Covered Defects)

We stand behind the quality of our products. A shaft is generally considered to be defective and eligible for a warranty replacement if the failure occurs due to manufacturing inconsistencies under normal use.

Covered Defects Include:

  • Butt/Grip Section Failure:

    Breakage occurring underneath the grip or within the top 6 inches of the butt end is typically indicative of a material void and is covered.

  • Delamination:

    If the shaft layers separate or peel longitudinally (lengthwise splits) without evidence of external impact, this is considered a structural defect.

  • Cosmetic Defects:

    Peeling paint, bubbling, or clear coat issues present at the time of unboxing.

2. Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

Important: ATOM shafts are designed to withstand tremendous force, but they are vulnerable to localized impact. Damages caused by user error, misuse, or improper installation are NOT covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Not Covered:

  • Tip Section Breakage (Hosel/Neck Failure):

    Shafts that snap near the hosel (the tip section entering the clubhead) are almost exclusively caused by "Neck Shots" (striking the ball with the hosel/heel), fat shots (hitting the ground heavily), or hitting mats/hard surfaces.

    This type of breakage is a result of excessive shear force and is not a manufacturing defect. Therefore, it is not eligible for replacement.

  • Impact Damage:

    Any visible signs of external trauma, such as bag clatter cuts, nicks, or gouges that lead to failure.

  • Improper Installation:

    Damage resulting from pulling/installing shafts without proper equipment, overheating during epoxy curing, or sanding through the structural fibers.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please do not return the item without prior approval.

  1. Contact Us:

    Email our support team at help@attomaxpro.com with your Order Number.

  2. Provide Photos:

    Attach clear photos of the damaged area.

    Photo Requirements for Breakage Claims:

    • Include a photo of the cross-section (break point)
    • Include a photo of the tip section
    • Photos must be clear and well-lit
    • Multiple angles are recommended
  3. Inspection:

    We may ask you to ship the shaft to our facility or the manufacturer for inspection.

Note: The final decision on warranty claims rests solely with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Warranty Resolution

  • Approved:

    We will ship a replacement shaft free of charge.

  • Denied:

    We can return the broken shaft to you (shipping fees apply) or offer a discount on a replacement purchase.

Golf Grips Return Policy

Please review our return policy for golf grips carefully before making a purchase.

  • Unused Grips:

    We accept returns for unused grips in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection.

  • Used Grips:

    Grips that have been installed, used, or show any signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund. Due to the nature of grip products, once installed or used, they cannot be resold and therefore cannot be accepted for return.

Note: If you receive defective grips or grips damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. General Return Policy for Shafts (Unused Items)

  • Return Window:

    You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition:

    Items must be in their original packaging, uncut, and uninstalled. Shafts that have been tipped, trimmed, or prepped for installation cannot be returned.

  • Restocking Fee:
    • New Condition: Shipping & handling cost only
    • Used or Tested: $200 restocking fee applies

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    Email us at help@attomaxpro.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization:

    Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Package:

    Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return:

    Send the package using a trackable shipping method.

  5. Refund Processing:

    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Processing times may vary

Defective or Damaged Products (Shipping Damage)

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at help@attomaxpro.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damage and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including any return shipping expenses incurred.

5. Legal & Jurisdiction

  • Governing Law:

    This policy and any disputes related to these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Dispute Resolution:

    Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the site or products shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Delaware.
